At the start of her legal profession, Ginsburg dealt with trouble discovering work being a partner, a mom of a five-year-old child, and Jewish. Ginsburg performed comprehensive research study for her book at Lund University in Sweden. Ginsburg's time in Sweden likewise affected her thinking on gender equality. Ginsburg was motivated by observing the modifications in Sweden where ladies were 20-25% of all law trainees and one of the judges Ginsburg viewed for her research study was eight-months pregnant and still working.
